Refunds & Returns

Customers who make online memorabilia purchases can request a refund within a 14-day timeframe. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the unopened item safely and cover the postage costs. Please be aware that we cannot accept opened packages, as this would compromise the authenticity of the returned item. To initiate the return process, please ensure that the item reaches us within 7 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

Please be aware that ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if the event needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. We will send a notification to the email address you provided during the purchase process. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be eligible for event credit. To ensure you receive our communications, please check your email filters. If you do not receive your e-ticket after purchase, please contact [email protected]. Please note that we cannot be held financially responsible if missed communication leads to your absence from the show. Stay updated on our social media platforms and blogs for the latest updates. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days upon receipt of the returned ticket.

Purchases made in person are considered final and non-refundable. Whether you buy an item from a shop or during an event, it is important to understand that you do not have the automatic option to change your mind and request a refund, regardless of the value of the item.

The same principle applies to the acquisition of auction items, wherein once the bid is confirmed as sold, both the bidder and seller are bound by their commitment. As a result, the buyer is obligated to make the payment, and no refunds will be granted.

Auctions are open to all interested bidders without any pressure or obligation. All attendees at the event are eligible to participate, and once a bid is successful, it is considered binding. Kindly note that there will be no refunds offered for any auction items purchased, regardless of the circumstances
